Delivery

Your new ice box will be delivered to your door using E-go Couriers. We have selected E-go Couriers for their fast, efficient and cost effective courier services. You will only need to pay the actual courier charges for your delivery as we do not add any surcharge to these costs.

All ice boxes must be delivered by E-go couriers. Pick up from our warehouse is not available

Please use the Estimate Shipping Charges button on checkout out to check the delivery charges to your address. Simply add your choice of ice box to shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button, and the click the "Estimate Shipping Charges" button to see your shipping charges. You will find that E-Go charges are very reasonable.

Delivery is at you own risk unless you select indemnity against the loss of, or damage to, your ice box. You will be asked if you want indemnity insurance at checkout.

We will dispatch your ice box within 2 business days, however courier delivery time will depend on where it is to be delivered. Please do not use a PO Box for the delivery address as couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

A business address is preferred, however it is fine to use a residential address and if you are not home the courier will leave the ice box in safe spot. Please add a comment on checkout if you have any particular instructions e.g. "leave on back deck if no one home".

Please note that couriers are usually unable to deliver to rural areas outside of towns. Providing a delivery address in town is the best option, but if this is not possible, the courier will contact you to advise where your ice box will be available for you to pick up.
